Gonzaga Prep hasn't had much luck against Mead recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Bullpups will head out to take on the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. Gonzaga Prep has given up an average of 19.5 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Reese Jones-Ross made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one home run the last three times she's played.

Meanwhile, Mead entered their tilt with Cheney on Thursday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Blackhawks 13-1. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won seven contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

Mead's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Gonzaga Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.
