It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Ninety Six ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the American Leadership Academy Patriots 2-1. Winning may never get old, but Ninety Six sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Brooklyn Burgeson was the driving force of Ninety Six's attack as she scored both of Ninety Six's goals, bringing her season total up to 18 goals.

Ninety Six pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 36 goals over those seven contests. As for American Leadership Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
