Softball Recap: East Ridge Knights vs. Academy for Innovative Education Aviators

East Ridge stacked a 12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They blew past the Academy for Innovative Education Aviators 13-1. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for East Ridge considering their one-run performance the game before.

Sariah Espada looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (she also only allowed one walk).

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Veronica Peterson, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. Nei Nei DeJesus was another key contributor, going 2-for-3 with a home run.
