Soccer Recap: Capital Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Capital was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Timberline Blazers, falling 7-0. If Capital were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to Timberline when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Capital's loss dropped their record down to 2-8-1. As for Timberline, they pushed their record up to 6-1-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Capital is set to take on their familiar foe North Thurston at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Timberline will challenge rival River Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Timberline's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
