Baseball Recap: Forest Takes a Loss

Forest fell victim to Northeast Lauderdale and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 13-0 to the Trojans. The Bearcats just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Northeast Lauderdale, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-14 record this season.

Forest is taking a road trip to square off against Sebastopol at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bearcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bobcats have averaged an impressive 8.1 runs per game this season. Northeast Lauderdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
