Soccer Recap: Homestead Finishes Even with Los Altos

For the first time since back in December of 2024, Homestead was forced to settle for a draw on Wednesday. Neither they nor the Los Altos Eagles could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Homestead's goal came courtesy of Daniel Morrissey, which was the first he's scored this season.

Homestead's draw gives them a new season record of 2-3-3. Meanwhile, Los Altos' record is now 4-1-2.

Homestead will be playing in front of their home fans against Palo Alto at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Homestead's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Los Altos, they are taking a road trip to take on Los Gatos at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
