On Saturday, Torrington faced Buffalo in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Torrington Trailblazers put the hurt on the Buffalo Bison with a sharp 60-35 win. The Trailblazers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.

Torrington is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.7 points. As for Buffalo, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-6.
