Kennedy has gone a perfect 7-0 against Panorama recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Cougars are taking a road trip to square off against the Pythons at 4:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Kennedy took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Sylmar 3-2.

Kennedy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 23-25, 25-17, 26-24, 15-9.

Panorama hadn't beaten Canoga Park on the road since April 1, 2022 but that history sure didn't bother them on Monday. The Pythons blew past the Hunters 3-0.

While Panorama won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-16, 25-23.

Kennedy's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-10. As for Panorama, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Kennedy skirted past Panorama 3-2 in their previous matchup back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
