Basketball Recap: West Florence Takes a Loss

West Florence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 91-50 defeat at the hands of the Blythewood Bengals. The Knights were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-21.

West Florence's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Blythewood, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3.

When West Florence and Blythewood next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. West Florence will try to stop Lee Central's three-game winning streak when the meet at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Blythewood will face off against Sumter and their three-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
