Basketball Recap: Fredonia Beats Charter School for Applied Tech for Their Third Straight Win

Fredonia put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Charter School for Applied Tech Eagles by a score of 71-59. The Hillbillies have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Fredonia got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was RJ Koopman out in front who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten assists. Another player making a difference was Colin Luce, who went 11-for-20 en route to 22 points and five rebounds.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Fredonia was working as a unit and finished the game with 24 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2024.

Fredonia's record now sits at 3-0. As for Charter School for Applied Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Fredonia will take on Olean in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Charter School for Applied Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
