Volleyball Game Preview: Columbia City Eagles vs. Leo Lions

Columbia City is 0-10 against Leo since October of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. The Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lions at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Columbia City didn't have quite enough to beat East Noble and fell 3-2.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Columbia City sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 20-25, 25-21, 26-28, 15-7.

Meanwhile, Leo came up short against Carroll on Monday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Chargers: they've now lost six in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-14, 25-13.

Columbia City's defeat dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Leo, their loss dropped their record down to 15-13.
