Tascosa waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Caprock Longhorns with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Tascosa was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-5, 25-12.

Tascosa's victory bumped their record up to 22-9. As for Caprock, they dropped their record down to 7-15 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Tascosa is set to take on their familiar foe Lubbock at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Caprock will square off against rival Monterey at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
