Volleyball Recap: Walled Lake Central Takes a Loss

Walled Lake Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Anchor Bay Tars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2019.

Walled Lake Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-21-2. As for Anchor Bay, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 23-23-1 record this season.

Walled Lake Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Walled Lake Western on the 3rd. As for Anchor Bay, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Frankenmuth on the 1st.
