Basketball Recap: Lutheran Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Lutheran won the last time they faced Palmer Ridge and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Lutheran Lions walked away with a 36-28 victory over the Palmer Ridge Bears. The score was all tied up 15-15 at the break, but the Lions were the better team in the second half.

Lutheran's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Berkley Schneider led the charge by putting up seven points along with five rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Makenna Mudd, who posted eight points.

Palmer Ridge lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Corinna Arellano, who put up six points. Lucy Zamborelli was another key player, earning five points.
