New Prague extended their winning streak to four on Tuesday, bumping them up to 7-1. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 7-6 W against the Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Trojans also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2025.

As for Benilde-St. Margaret's, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the defeats came by an average of only 2.25 runs.

For Benilde-St. Margaret's part, they got a big performance out of Robert Shull, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Bergen Kopischke, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Coming up, New Prague will head out on the road to challenge Jefferson at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Jaguars' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Trojans' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Benilde-St. Margaret's, they will square off against Orono at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
