Softball Recap: Lake View Triumphs

Lake View's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They never let the Fairmont Golden Tornadoes get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Wild Gators have posted since May 1, 2025.

Lake View's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Fairmont, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.

Lake View didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 13-0 defeat against Hannah-Pamplico on the 24th. As for Fairmont, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 12-0 loss against Green Sea Floyds on the 23rd.
