Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gatesville). They never let the Little River Academy Bumblebees onto the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Tuesday. The Hornets have beaten the Bumblebees the last six times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bumblebees has come to flipping the script.

Gatesville now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Little River Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coincidentally, Gatesville and Little River Academy will both be playing Stephenville the next time they take the pitch. Little River Academy will host Stephenville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Gatesville will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on February 25th.
