Baseball Recap: Milan Takes a Loss

Milan blew Airport out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Monday Airport got their revenge. The Big Reds fell just short of the Jets by a score of 4-2. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Big Reds couldn't push the score so high this time.

Gunnar Kruise was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. He is becoming a predictor of Milan's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 4-1 (and 9-17 when he doesn't).
