Softball Recap: Warren County Takes a Loss

Warren County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 14-0 to the James Wood Colonels. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 14, 2018, but that streak is no more.

Warren County's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for James Wood, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-6.

Coming up, Warren County will square off against Meridian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats are facing the Mustangs at the right time seeing as the Mustangs are stuck on a five-game losing streak. James Wood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
