After a string of seven wins, Lewisville's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Eagles. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2022.

Lewisville's defeat dropped their record down to 11-3. As for Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season.

Lewisville will be playing in front of their home fans against Midlands STEM Charter at 6:00 p.m. on April 4. As for Central, they will head out on the road to challenge Andrew Jackson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
