Softball Preview: Mt. Zion Bulldogs vs. North Clayton Eagles

Mt. Zion is 3-0 against North Clayton since September of 2021, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Mt. Zion Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the North Clayton Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Meanwhile, North Clayton lost 21-11 to Riverdale on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now lost three in a row.

Mt. Zion's win bumped their record up to 7-1-1. As for North Clayton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
