Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Whitley County). They blew past the Cordia Lions 93-24 on Saturday. The Colonels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 23 points or more this season.

The win snapped Whitley County's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-6 record. As for Cordia, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Whitley County will host South Laurel at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cordia, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Cordia Lions take on the Jackson City Tigers at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
