Neuse Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 7-6 heartbreaker at the hands of the North Duplin Rebels. Brayden Parr made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Nate Buck, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one RBI.
