Basketball Recap: Morse Comes Up Short

Morse lost against Mount View back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Morse Shipbuilders took a 45-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mount View Mustangs. The Shipbuilders just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Morse's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Mount View, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

Morse will head out to square off against Medomak Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Medomak Valley will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Morse surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mount View, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Waterville at 6:30 p.m. Mount View is facing Waterville at the right time seeing as Waterville is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
