The Waynflete Flyers will head out on the road to square off against the Traip Rangers at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Waynflete will be strutting in after a victory while Traip will be coming in after a defeat.

Waynflete is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They had just enough and edged out St. Dominic 12-10. The Flyers haven't had any issues with the Saints recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Traip was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 14-5 to Old Orchard Beach. Surprisingly, this marked the Rangers' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Chris Balano put in work while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off one hit. Balano was also big at the plate, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one run.
