Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lodi). They put the hurt on the West Wolfpack with a sharp 17-2 win on Friday. With that victory, the Flames brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Abby Schweigerdt made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in February. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. That stolen base marked the first that she snagged this season.

In other batting news, Tealla Rivera was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, four RBI, and one stolen base. That's the most runs she has posted since back in May of 2024. Holly Reich also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
