Baseball Recap: Lower Richland Comes Up Short

Lower Richland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 15-4 to the Darlington Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on Friday.

Lower Richland saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dominic Tillman, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Lower Richland's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Darlington, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-7.

Coincidentally, Lower Richland and Darlington will both be playing Wilson the next time they take the field. The Diamond Hornets will head out to face the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Falcons will host them at 6:00 p.m. on the 15th.
