Soccer Recap: Fremont Comes Up Short

After flying high against Roy last Thursday, Fremont came back down to earth. The Silverwolves came up short against the Box Elder Bees on Tuesday, falling 4-1. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Fremont couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Sierra Schneider, who's now up to five this season.

Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Box Elder, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Fremont will challenge Clearfield at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Box Elder, they will take on Bonneville at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Box Elder's defense better be ready for this one: Bonneville have averaged an impressive 3.5 goals per game this season.
