After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Garden Plain, Kingman was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 41-38 victory over the Chaparral Roadrunners. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Kingman's victory bumped their record up to 4-17. As for Chaparral, they dropped their record down to 7-12 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kingman is set to challenge their familiar foe Belle Plaine at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Chaparral will take on rival Garden Plain at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
