After a string of four wins, Pahrump Valley's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell 5-1 to the Clark Chargers. If the Trojans were looking for revenge after losing 8-4 to the Chargers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Pahrump Valley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Vinny Whitney, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base. Whitney has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Pahrump Valley's loss dropped their record down to 16-6-1. As for Clark, their victory bumped their record up to 11-8.

Pahrump Valley has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Needles on the 14th. As for Clark, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 14-0 defeat against Sierra Vista on the 11th.
