Softball Recap: Dreher Takes a Loss

Dreher was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westside Rams.

Kendall Gipson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.

Dreher's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Westside, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Dreher does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Westside, they will square off against Fountain Inn at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Fury will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Rams surely won't give up without a fight.
