Golden benefitted from Matthews in 78-7 win
Josie Matthews turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday, scoring seven points along with four steals. As if that's not impressive enough, the game was her third in a row with two or more steals. This year, Matthews has averaged 2.8 points and 1.1 steals per game.
Matthews and Golden will head out on the road to take on Evergreen at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Matthews will face off against Taylor Bailey, Evergreen's star guard. Will Matthews turn in another gem to overcome Golden? We'll have our answer very soon.
