After flying high against the Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] Wildcats last Saturday, the Larimore Polar Bears came back down to earth. Larimore was the victim of a rough 66-44 loss at the hands of Dakota Prairie on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Larimore of the 59-45 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Despite the loss, Larimore still got an impressive performance from Michael Myers, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and five blocks. Myers hasn't dropped below two blocks for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jace Collison, who scored 12 points.

Larimore's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Dakota Prairie, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
