Volleyball Recap: New Haven Comes Up Short

New Haven was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Bishop Foley Ventures. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Ventures this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

New Haven's loss dropped their record down to 1-6-2. As for Bishop Foley, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-10-1 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. New Haven will challenge Sterling Heights at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bishop Foley, they will take on Regina at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
