Monroe is headed out to face Indian Land after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. The Redhawks blew past West Mecklenburg 57-28 two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Indian Land over York in every quarter on their way to victory on Monday. The Warriors walked away with a 49-38 victory over the Cougars. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won four in a row.

Indian Land's win came from a few key players Monroe will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jordyn Johnson, who posted 18 points and seven steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Yarielis Vega-Soto, who almost dropped a double-double with ten points and nine steals.
