Peach County extended their winning streak to six on Thursday, bumping them up to 6-0. They blew past the Westover Patriots, posting a 42-14 victory. Considering the Trojans have won three contests by more than 20 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Ashton Barton produced another solid performance rushing for 181 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.1 yards per carry, and also catching one score. Those 181 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Deandre Stinson also deserves some recognition as he punched in his first rushing touchdown of the season.

As for Westover, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. The matchup marked their lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Although Westover took the loss, they still got scores from Deven Mack and Gabriel Hooper.

Peach County wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 52-20 win against Dougherty on the 3rd. As for Westover, they have also already played their next game, a 26-7 victory against Bainbridge on the 3rd.
