Flag Football Recap: Dawson County Gets the Win

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Thursday. Dawson County walked away with a 19-12 victory over Ringgold. The win made it back-to-back victories for Dawson County.

Dawson County's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Ringgold, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Coming up, Dawson County will face off against Gilmer at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Tigers 9.1, the Bobcats 14.9) so any points scored will be well earned. As for Ringgold, they will head out to take on North Paulding at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wolfpack's defense has only allowed 10.2 points per game this season, so the Tigers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
