Basketball Game Preview: Waverly Central Tigers vs. Hickman County Bulldogs

The Waverly Central Tigers and the Hickman County Bulldogs will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Waverly Central will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

Last Friday, Waverly Central came up short against East Hickman County and fell 45-32.

Meanwhile, Hickman County unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of Marshall County by a score of 37-34.

Waverly Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Hickman County, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-4.

Waverly Central didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Hickman County in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 39-33 victory. Does Waverly Central have another victory up their sleeve, or will Hickman County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
