J.H. Rose extended their postseason success on Friday against Hunt. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Warriors. The victory was familiar territory for the Rampants, who have now won nine matches in a row.

Parker Simo tossed a big game, tossing 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Parker Watson was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

J.H. Rose's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-3. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Hunt, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-9.

As of now, neither J.H. Rose nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
