Basketball Recap: Berkmar Comes Up Short

Berkmar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 56-38 to the Peachtree Ridge Lions. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 50-47 back in January.

Berkmar's defeat dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Peachtree Ridge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-10.

Berkmar does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Peachtree Ridge, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Brookwood at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
