Palmdale came into Wednesday's matchup having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Antelope Valley Antelopes on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in March.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19, 19-25, 25-23.

Palmdale picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 4-12. As for Antelope Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.
