STORYLINES

* Sexton was the hottest name on the club circuit over the summer. He averaged 28.3 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game as a junior at Pebblebrook. That type of production carried over into EYBL play and the FIBA U17 World Championship, where he was named MVP. Alabama and Kansas are among the favorites to land the high-scoring guard.

* As if Sexton's 28 points per game coming back weren't enough, both Drinnon (East Jackson) and Harden (Sandy Creek) were 20-point per game scorers last year at other schools. They will need the firepower in Class AAAAAAA Region 2, where two other nationally-ranked teams in Wheeler and Westlake call home.
