Volleyball Recap: West Haven Takes a Loss

West Haven lost against North Branford back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Blue Devils fell 3-1 to the Thunderbirds. While the Blue Devils didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Thunderbirds 25-10 in the first set.

West Haven actually scored more points across those four sets (92-88), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 10-25, 25-21, 28-26, 25-20.

West Haven's loss dropped their record down to 11-4. As for North Branford, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-5.

West Haven does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Branford, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Cromwell on the 24th.
