It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Fowler had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They blew past the Clear Creek Golddiggers 13-0. Considering the Grizzlies have won 11 games by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Weston Johnson made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Those 12 strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.
In other batting news, Bryce Froman and Cael True did most of the damage at the plate: Froman went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double, while True went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. True is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Hagen McCuistion was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one double.

Fowler's win was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-2.
