Basketball Recap: Brogan Stone Key Part of a Team Effort in Bulldogs Win

Tahoka won the last time they faced Post and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Tahoka Bulldogs took down the Post Antelopes 57-41. The Bulldogs pushed the score to 44-22 by the end of the third, a deficit the Antelopes cut but never quite recovered from.

Tahoka got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Brogan Stone out in front who went 6 for 12 en route to 14 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Sacha Loi was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and 14 boards.

Stone wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Tahoka was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory made it two in a row for Tahoka and bumps their season record up to 7-12. As for Post, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Floydada the next time they take the court. Post will head out to face Floydada at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Tahoka will head out to face them at 7:45 p.m. on January 21st.
