Basketball Recap: Northwestern Comes Up Short

Northwestern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Graham Local Falcons, falling 73-52. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-50 back in December of 2025.

Northwestern's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Graham Local, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-6.

Coming up, Northwestern will take on West Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Graham Local, they will head out on the road to square off against Bellefontaine at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
