Soccer Recap: Westminster Christian Takes a Loss

If Westminster Christian was feeling good fresh off their 7-2 takedown of Indian Creek last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors lost 6-0 to the Woodstock Blue Streaks on Friday. Westminster Christian were not able to make up for their loss to Woodstock from their previous meeting back in March of 2016.

Westminster Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Woodstock, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westminster Christian will face off against Harvest Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Harvest Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Westminster Christian surely won't give up without a fight. As for Woodstock, they are taking a road trip to take on Prairie Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
