Basketball Recap: Covington-Douglas Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Covington-Douglas had to endure a six-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Timberlake Tigers on Wednesday, sneaking past 45-42. This was payback for the Wildcats, who suffered a 39-25 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The victory got Covington-Douglas back to even at 1-1.

Canton will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Timberlake surely won't give up without a fight.
