 Manitou Springs stacked  a  tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They were the clear victor by  a  16-1 margin over the Woodland Park Panthers. The  win was nothing new for Manitou Springs as they're now sitting on eight straight.
  Canon Feist made a splash no matter where he played. He  struck out eight batters over  four innings while giving up just one earned run off   one  hit (and only one walk). Feist has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in eight consecutive pitching appearances. Feist was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances with a  home run and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Hayden Martinez and  Nate Gentzel did most of the damage at the plate:  Martinez  went 2-for-3 with two  triples, three  runs,  and  an  RBI, while  Gentzel  went 1-for-3 with a  home run, three  runs,  and two  RBI.  Preston Rhodes was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
 Manitou Springs is  on a roll lately: they've  won 13 of their last 15 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-4-1 record  this season. As for Woodland Park,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 6-16.
