Soccer Game Preview: Temple vs. Midway

The Temple Wildcats will take on the Midway Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Temple's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Tuesday, neither Temple nor Shoemaker could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Midway kept a clean sheet against Shoemaker on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over Wolves.

Temple's draw gives them a new season record of 3-11-2. As for Midway, the victory got them back to even at 5-5-1.

Temple might still be hurting after the 5-2 defeat they got from Midway when the teams last played back in February of 2025. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
